I'm new to this so please bear with me.  I am in the process of adding a room to our house.  It's sort of a combination entrance / mud / vestibule room, 14'x12'.  The exterior door is just 4-6" above grade.  Inside, there is an area about 14'x5' into which you initially enter.  Then there is a short stairway with just 3  steps up to the grade of the main level of the house.  The steps have a rise of only about 51/2".  On either side of the stairs are two separate closets that are just 60" high…See More
